To approve a port-away notification, follow these steps:
- Log into the Twilio Console: Access the console under the project or subaccount associated with the phone number(s) in question.
- View the Port-Away Request: Click on the link provided in the email notification to view the port-away request. Also, click here to directly get to the port away section to approve the request.
- Select the Phone Number(s): Check the box next to the phone number(s) for which you would like to approve porting.
- Set Status: Click on “Set Status."
- Approve: Select “Approve” from the options.
- Submit: Click “Submit” to finalize the approval.
Once you submit, Twilio will be notified that the port-away notification is approved, and we will ensure that the port-away request proceeds.
