Get Verified with Percent

As of June 24, 2024, public education institutions will use Percent to get verified for Twilio.org. For full details on Twilio.org verification, see the Impact Access Program Eligibility Guidelines.

How to Verify with Percent

  1. Go to Impact Access Sign Up in the Twilio Console.
  2. Select your organization’s country and organization type. If you are a public benefit nonprofit, public education institution, or social enterprise, you will be prompted to verify with Percent.
  3. For public benefit nonprofits and public education institutions, search for your organization by name or registry ID. If your organization is already present in Percent’s database, select it. If not, you can add a new organization which will be sent to Percent for review.
  4. Complete the remaining steps to submit your application. Many organizations will be instantly verified and receive their credits and discounts within minutes after upgrading. However, some organizations will require additional checks via our verification partner Percent. Be sure to look for emails from verifications@poweredbypercent.com with details about your application status. If you don't receive anything within 3-5 days, check your spam folder and then contact Percent

Note: Twilio sends the details you provided in the Twilio Console directly to Percent so they can verify your organization and that you're affiliated with it. Your information is used in accordance with Twilio’s Privacy Policy.
