How do I view the senders in a sender pool?

Objective

This article helps you open a sender pool and review the senders it contains, their addresses, channels, and traffic status, so you can confirm the pool is set up to reach the recipients you expect.

Product

Communication APIs

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Open the Communication APIs Sender Pools page.
  3. Select the name of the pool you want. The page title shows the pool's name.
  4. Review the Senders table. Each row shows the Sender address, its Channel, and its Traffic status.
  5. To narrow the list, select Channel and choose SMS, RCS, Email, WhatsApp, or Push, then select Apply. Select Traffic status and choose Active or Inactive to filter by whether the sender can currently send.
  6. To clear a filter, open it again and select Clear.
  7. Select Next below the table to move to the next page of senders.
  8. To see more about one sender, select View details in its row. The Sender details panel shows the sender's Address, Display name, Last updated at, and Tags.

Additional Information

  • A sender's traffic status is shown as Active when it can send and Inactive when it cannot.
  • Email senders appear with the Email channel and push senders with Push Notifications.
  • The Next control is hidden once you reach the last page of senders.
  • If the pool has no senders, the table shows No senders in this pool. Use Add senders to populate it.
