How do I filter my operations by status or date created?

Objective

This article helps you narrow a long list of operations down to the ones you care about, for example only the operations that are still processing, or only the ones created today, so you can find a specific send without paging through everything.

Product

Communication APIs

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Open the Communication APIs Operations page.
  3. Select the Messages, Emails, or Push Notifications tab, depending on which operations you want to filter.
  4. To filter by status, select Status above the table, choose one of Processing, Scheduled, Completed, or Canceled, then select Apply. A Status: chip appears above the table and only matching operations remain listed.
  5. To filter by when the operation was created, select Date created, choose Today or Custom Range, then select Apply.
  6. To look up one operation, enter its ID in the search box above the table.
  7. To return to the full list, select Clear filters.

Additional Information

  • Status accepts one value at a time.
  • If nothing matches, the table shows No matches found with a Clear filters action. Check the ID you searched for, or remove the filters to see all activity again.
  • Filters and paging are independent: after paging forward, applying a filter restarts the results from the first page.
