Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Open the Communication APIs Operations page.
- Select the Messages, Emails, or Push Notifications tab.
- Select the operation ID of the operation you want to inspect.
- The page title shows the full operation ID. Read the Operation Details card for the operation's Status, # of messages, and Date created.
- Below the card, review the two performance cards. For a message operation these are Messages delivered and Messages failed; for an email operation, Emails delivered and Emails failed; for a push notification operation, Push notifications delivered and Push notifications failed. Each shows a percentage of the operation total.
- Scroll down to the table of individual items to see the per-recipient results.
Additional Information
- The Operation Details card can be collapsed and expanded.
- A performance card shows
-instead of a percentage when the operation has not produced any results yet. - If the operation ID cannot be found, the page reports that the operation does not exist. If the details fail to load for another reason, the page reports that the operation details could not be loaded and asks you to try again.
