Objective
This article explains how to change the reporting window used by the Messaging Insights charts and metrics, including choosing a custom start and end, so you can look at exactly the period a problem occurred in.
Product
Programmable Messaging
Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Monitor in the left sidebar.
- Select Insights, then Messaging.
- Select the tab you want to change — for example Delivery and Errors, Engagement, Trust and Compliance or Risk and Fraud.
- Select the Date range filter above the charts.
- Choose one of the presets:
- Past 5 minutes
- Past 4 hours
- Past 24 hours
- Past 7 days
- Past 30 days
- Past 120 days
- Custom Range
- If you chose Custom Range, enter the start date and time and the end date and time.
- Select Apply. The filter chip updates to show your selection and every metric and chart on the tab reloads for that window.
Additional Information
- All dates and times are in UTC.
- The default window is the past 7 days.
- The interval the charts plot follows the range you pick: minute-level for the shortest ranges, hourly for a few hours, and daily for multi-day ranges. A custom range of three days or more is plotted daily, under two hours is plotted by minute, and anything in between is plotted hourly.
- The Overview tab's Twilio Health Score is always evaluated over the last 7 days and does not follow this filter.
- The Queuing view on the Latency and Scale tab uses its own Date Time and Duration filters instead of this one.
