Objective
This article shows you how to tell Twilio whether a recommendation shown alongside a messaging issue was useful, and how to dismiss a recommendation you do not want to see again.
Product
Programmable Messaging
Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Messaging, then Insights.
- Select the Overview tab, then select the category whose issues you want to review.
- On a top issue card that shows a recommendation, open the recommendation's menu.
- Choose one of:
- Helpful
- Not helpful
- Dismiss this recommendation
- A short feedback form opens. Select the option that best matches your reason.
- If you select Other, type your reason in the field that appears.
- Select Submit feedback, or select Skip to close the form without answering.
Additional Information
- Choosing Dismiss this recommendation hides that recommendation for your account, so it will not reappear on the card.
- The Other field is limited in length and is not the place for confidential or personal information — the form itself carries the reminder "Please do not share confidential or personal information".
- Recommendations that include a suggested action also show a button that opens the relevant Twilio documentation or product page in a new tab.
