How do I view my messaging health score for a subaccount?

Objective

This article explains how to switch the Twilio Health Score for Messaging between your parent account and an individual subaccount, so you can see which part of your organisation a deliverability problem belongs to.

Product

Programmable Messaging

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Messaging, then Insights.
  3. Select the Overview tab.
  4. Select the Sub-account filter above the score card.
  5. Choose the account whose score you want to see, then apply the filter. The score card, the category scores and the top issues all reload for the selected account.
  6. To go back to the parent account view, clear the Sub-account filter.

Additional Information

  • The score is available for the parent account, or for one subaccount at a time. If the filter is set in a way that does not resolve to a single account, the card reads "No results found due to filters" and explains that you should filter by a single subaccount or remove all filters and try again.
  • Sub-account choices are drawn from the subaccounts on your account, so the filter is empty if the account has none.
  • The Sub-account filter on the Overview tab is separate from the Subaccount filter used on the other Insights tabs.
