How do I get weekly email notifications for my Twilio Health Score for Messaging?

Objective

This article shows you how to turn on a weekly email summary of your Twilio Health Score for Messaging and choose which addresses receive it, so your team hears about deliverability changes without having to check the Console.

Product

Programmable Messaging

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Messaging, then Insights.
  3. Select the Overview tab.
  4. On the Twilio Health Score for Messaging card, select Manage weekly email notification. The Manage notifications for Twilio Health Score panel opens.
  5. Select the Enable Email notifications checkbox.
  6. In Enter up to 20 addresses separated by comma, type the recipient email addresses, separating each one with a comma.
  7. Select Save. A confirmation message reads "Email notifications updated successfully!"

Additional Information

  • You can add a maximum of 20 email addresses. Adding more returns "You have reached the maximum limit of 20 email addresses added."
  • Each address is validated. An address that is not a valid email returns "Invalid email address: <address>".
  • If notifications are enabled you must supply at least one address, otherwise saving returns "Please enter at least one valid email address."
  • This setting applies across all of your subaccounts. You can override it for an individual subaccount from within that subaccount.
  • If the current settings cannot be loaded, the panel shows "There was an error while getting your current email notification settings. Please try again later." and the fields are disabled until the panel can load them.
