How do I view my active subscriptions?

Objective

This article explains how to see which Twilio products your billing group is subscribed to, what plan each one is on, and how much of any included monthly usage you have consumed.

Product

Twilio Billing

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

You need permission to view billing for the organization. Without it, the billing pages show "Access is required" and the guidance to contact your organization administrator for access.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Billing in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Billing. The overview for your billing group opens.
  3. In the billing group's navigation, select Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  4. Review each subscription. For every product you see its name, its current plan, and its included monthly usage with a progress bar showing how much has been used in the current period.
  5. To open the full details for one product, select its row (or select Manage subscription on its card).
  6. The subscription details page shows the product name along with a Current period section and a Next period section.

Additional Information

  • A status badge appears on a subscription that is changing state — for example Activating while a purchase is being provisioned, or Ending when a cancellation is scheduled.
  • Some plans include a number of monthly units within the price. The included monthly usage column shows how many of those units you have used in the current period.
  • If you have no subscriptions, the page reads "No active subscriptions yet" (or "No active plans yet") and offers an action to browse the product catalog.
  • To end a subscription, see "How do I cancel a subscription?".
