Objective
This article shows you how to remove a branded link from Twilio Email when you no longer want your email tracking links to use that domain.
Product
Twilio Email
Environment
Twilio Console
User Account Permission/Role(s) Required
You need a role with permission to manage email sender authentication. Without it, Domains does not appear under Email in the sidebar.
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Email, then Domains.
- Open the Link Branding tab and find the branded link you want to remove.
- Select the delete action on that row. To delete from the branded link's own page instead, open the link first and select Delete.
- In the confirmation dialog, read the message "Are you sure you want to delete this branded link?" and check that it names the link you intended.
- Select Delete. A confirmation message reads "Successfully deleted branded link" and the row disappears from the list. If you deleted from the link's own page, you are returned to the Link Branding list.
Additional Information
Deleting a branded link cannot be undone. New emails fall back to Twilio-hosted tracking links, so add a replacement branded link first if you want to keep tracking on your own domain.
