Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Messaging, then Log Archives.
- Select Create custom job.
- In Job friendly name, enter a descriptive name for the export job. This field is required.
- Under Date range, select a date range. Use Start date and End date to pick the days you want archived. One file is generated per day, covering a 24-hour period in UTC.
- Under Configure notifications, tell Twilio how to notify you when the files are ready:
- Enter a Webhook URL and choose HTTP POST or HTTP GET as the HTTP method, and/or
- Enter an Email address.
- Select Generate files.
- A confirmation message tells you the bulk export job was created successfully. The job appears on the Custom Jobs tab with its friendly name, start date, end date, and status.

- The end date must be earlier than yesterday in UTC. If you pick a later date, the form shows the message "End date must be before yesterday in UTC."
- Generating files can take several hours. Files are automatically removed after seven days, so download them before they expire.
