User Account Permission/Role(s) Required
You need a role with permission to view and manage email sender authentication. Without it, Domains does not appear under Email in the sidebar.
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Email, then Domains.
- Open the Reverse DNS tab. The table lists your records with Status, IP address, Domain, Assigned accounts, and Actions columns.
- To find one record, search by IP address. If nothing matches, the table shows "No rDNS records found" with a Clear search action.
- Select a record to open its DNS Records page, where you can review the records to publish and the Assigned Accounts for that IP address.
- To remove a record, select the delete action on its row, or select Delete on the record's own page.
- Confirm in the dialog titled "Are you sure you want to delete this Reverse DNS?". A confirmation message reads "Successfully deleted Reverse DNS".
Additional Information
- Deleting a reverse DNS record cannot be undone.
- If a record has no accounts assigned, its details page shows "No assigned accounts".
- Before you create your first record, the tab shows "No rDNS records yet".
