Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Email, then Settings.
- Open the IP Addresses tab, then IP pools.
- Select Create. If you have no pools yet, use the Create action in the empty state.
- In the Create an IP pool panel, enter an IP pool name.
- Use Add IP address to pick each dedicated IP address you want in the pool. Selected addresses appear in a table below with their region; use Remove to take one out again.
- Select Save. A confirmation message reads "IP pool created successfully" and the pool appears in the table with IP Pool, IP Addresses, Region, and Actions.

- A name is required. Saving without one shows a validation message.
- Selecting the same IP address twice does not add a duplicate row.
- Until you add an address, the panel shows "No IPs added yet" and prompts you to add one or more IP addresses.
