How do I check the status of my authenticated domains?

Objective

This article helps you review every sending domain you have added to Twilio Email, see whether each one is verified, and find a specific domain quickly when you manage many of them.

Product

Twilio Email

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

You need a role with permission to view email sender authentication. Without it, Domains does not appear under Email in the sidebar.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Email, then Domains.
  3. Open the Domain Authentication tab. The table lists your domains with Domain, Status, and Actions columns.
  4. To narrow the list, type part of a domain into the search box. The table updates to show only matching domains; clear the box to show everything again.
  5. If you have more domains than fit on one page, use Next and Previous below the table to move between pages.
  6. To open a single domain and inspect its DNS records, select the view details action on its row.

Additional Information

  • Status shows whether the domain is Verified or has Failed its DNS check.
  • If nothing matches your search, the table shows "No authenticated domains found" with a Clear search action.
  • Before you add your first domain, the page shows "No authenticated domains yet".
