Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Email, then Suppressions.
- Open the Invalid Emails tab. The table lists each address with Email, Date, and Reason.
- To find one address, type it into the search box. Clear the box to show the whole list again.
- To limit the list by date, select Add filters, choose Date Range, pick an option such as Last 3 Days, and select Apply. Select Clear all to remove the filters.
- Use Next and Previous below the table to page through a long list.
- To remove specific entries, tick the checkbox on each row you want, then select Delete selected. Confirm in the dialog titled "Delete selected invalid emails?" by selecting Delete selected. A confirmation message reads "Successfully deleted selected invalid emails."
- To clear the entire list, select Delete all and confirm in the dialog titled "Delete all invalid emails?". A confirmation message reads "Successfully deleted all invalid emails."
Additional Information
- Deleting entries is permanent and cannot be undone.
- When the list is empty the page shows "No invalid emails yet", and the Export all and Delete all actions are unavailable.
- An address usually lands here because it is misspelled or its domain cannot receive mail. Fix the address at its source before you send to it again.
