Objective
This article shows you how to download one of your Twilio Email suppression lists as a CSV file, so you can reconcile it against your own contact database, keep a record for compliance, or analyze it outside the Console.
Product
Twilio Email
Environment
Twilio Console
User Account Permission/Role(s) Required
You need a role with permission to view email suppressions. Without it, Suppressions does not appear under Email in the sidebar.
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Email, then Suppressions.
- Open the tab for the list you want to export: Blocks, Bounces, Global Unsubscribes, Invalid Emails, or Spam Reports.
- Optionally narrow the list first with the search box or by selecting Add filters and applying a Date Range. The export matches the filters you have applied.
- Select Export all. If the action is not visible on the page, open More options and choose it there.
- A confirmation message names the list you exported, for example "Successfully exported blocks.", and the file downloads.
Additional Information
- Export all is unavailable when the list is empty.
- If your filters exclude every row, a message tells you there is nothing to export matching the filters you set, for example "No blocks to export matching set filters."
- To export the unsubscribes recorded against a single unsubscribe group, use the Export action on that group's row on the Unsubscribe Groups tab instead.
