Environment

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required
You need a role with permission to view email sender authentication. Without it, Domains does not appear under Email in the sidebar.
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Email, then Domains.
- Open the Link Branding tab. The table lists your branded links with Domain, Status, and Actions columns.
- If you have more branded links than fit on one page, use Next and Previous below the table to move between pages.
- Select the view details action on the row for the link you want.
- The page title shows the full branded link domain. Read the records table, which lists Type, Host, Value, and Status for each record to publish at your DNS provider.
Additional Information
- Status shows whether the branded link is Verified or has Failed its DNS check.
- Before you add your first branded link, the page shows "No branded links yet".
- If you open a branded link that has been deleted or does not exist, the page shows "Branded link not found" with a Go back to links link.
