Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, look at the account status control in the top bar, immediately to the right of the account name.
- Read the badge. It shows one of the following:
- Active — the account is in good standing. Alongside the badge you see Available balance: with the amount, or Billing type: Invoiced for an invoiced account.
- Trial — the account is on a trial. Alongside the badge you see Days left in trial: with the number of days remaining, or Your trial has expired. once the trial is over.
- Dormant — the account has been marked dormant. Alongside the badge you see your balance or billing type, where available.
- Suspended — the account has been suspended.
- Where more detail is available, select Learn more, or select the badge itself, to open the panel:
- For Active and Trial, the panel shows your balance and your remaining free units per product.
- For an expired trial, the panel offers an Upgrade button.
- For Dormant, the panel is headed Your account is now dormant and offers a Keep my account active button, followed by your balance and free-usage details.
- For Suspended, the panel explains the suspension only when the account was suspended because it appears to have been compromised.
