Objective
This article explains how to explore the Twilio product catalog from the Console, compare featured products against the full catalog, and open a product to see its pricing, features, and plans.
Product
Twilio Console
Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select All products in the left sidebar.
- Choose how you want to browse:
- All Products — the full catalog, grouped into sections. Use the jump links in the sidebar to move between categories.
- Featured — highlighted products arranged in carousels by theme, such as communications, authentication, and customer data.
- On the Featured tab, scroll a carousel with its Scroll right and Scroll left controls. Each card shows the product name, a short description, and capability tags.
- On the All Products tab, point at a product row to reveal its Overview and Pricing links.
- Select a product to open it. The product page shows its details, badges, plan or pricing information, and Included features.
- On a product that can be bought directly, select Purchase (or Get started for a usage-based product) and follow the checkout steps: review the Order summary, then select Pay now or Submit order. A confirmation reads "Order confirmed!".
Additional Information
- Your last-used tab is remembered, so returning to the page opens where you left off.
- A Try for free badge marks products your account is eligible to trial.
- Products already in use show a Current Plan badge, with links to the subscription details or the usage summary instead of a purchase action.
- Some cards link out to a separate product site rather than opening a Console page.
- If the catalog cannot be loaded, the page reads "No products available".
