- In the Twilio Console, find the assistant control at the edge of the screen. It is available on Console pages, so you do not need to be on any particular page to use it.

- Type your question into the message box at the bottom of the assistant and send it.
- Read the reply in the conversation, and keep asking follow-up questions in the same message box.
- Minimise the assistant when you are done. The page you were on is untouched underneath.
