1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
2. Select Email, then Suppressions.
3. Open the Unsubscribe Groups tab and find the group whose unsubscribes you want.
4. Open the row menu on that group and select Export.
5. A confirmation message reads "Successfully exported unsubscribe emails." and the file downloads.
