How do I view my Conversations (classic) services?

Objective

Services let you organize your conversations by use case, or keep separate environments such as development, staging, and production apart. This article helps you find the list of services in your account and open one of them.

Product

Twilio Conversations

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversations (classic), then Services.
  3. The Services table lists each service by Friendly name & SID, Date created, and Date updated.
  4. Select the Date created or Date updated column header to sort the list by that date.
  5. Select a service's friendly name to open its details.
  6. If your account is set up for more than one region, use the region selector on the page to switch which region's services you are looking at.

Additional Information

Information held inside a service is siloed from other services, which protects both your data and your recipients' data. A service with no friendly name is listed as Unnamed, so you can still identify it by its SID. If you have not created any services yet, the page shows No services yet.
