User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Your user needs the content templates list permission for the account.

 

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Messaging, then Templates.
  3. To search by name, type into Search by Template Name.
  4. To narrow the list, open Filter and use any of:
  5. Language — select one or more languages.
  6. Content type — select one or more content types.
  7. Channel eligibility — select one or more statuses: In review, Rejected, Approved, Paused, Disabled, or Unsubmitted.
  8. Last updated — pick a Start date and End date.
  9. Page Size — choose 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 results per page.
  10. Use the pagination controls beneath the table to move between pages.
  11. Select a template's name to open it.

  • The list shows Name & template SID, Language, Content type, Channel eligibility, and Last updated for each template.
  • The default page size is 10 per page.
