Your user needs the content templates create permission for the account.

 

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Messaging, then Templates.
  3. Select Create new template.
  4. Enter a Template name and select a Template language.
  5. Under Content type, select Catalog, then select Continue.
  6. In the Catalog section, enter your catalog identifier in Catalog ID.
  7. Open Number of Products and choose Single Product Message, Multi Product Message, or Catalog Message.
  8. In the Display section, fill in Catalog title, Body, and Subtitle as needed.
  9. Under How would you like to specify the item?, choose whether to name the products now, at send time, or a combination of both.
  10. If you chose to specify products now, fill in each Item section with its Item ID and Section title. Select Add item for each additional product.
