Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
- Select Conversation Orchestrator, then Conversation configurations.
- Select the name of the configuration you want to change.
- Select the Channel Traffic tab. The Automatically captured traffic table lists each Sender, its Sender type, and the Captured channel traffic for it.
- To add messaging senders, select Add messaging traffic. In the Select addresses to capture traffic from panel, choose your SMS/MMS phone numbers, RCS senders, and Whatsapp phone numbers, then select Save changes.
- To add voice numbers, select Add voice traffic. In the Select addresses to capture traffic from panel, choose your Voice phone numbers, then select Save changes.
- A confirmation message reads Traffic capture settings updated. and the new addresses appear in the Automatically captured traffic table.

- Until you select any addresses, the table shows No communications traffic being captured yet, with a link to learn more about traffic capture.
