How do I view the details of a Conversation configuration?

Objective

This article shows you where to find everything a single Conversation configuration holds, its identifiers and grouping type, its lifecycle timeouts per channel, the memory store it writes profiles to, the Intelligence configurations that run on its conversations, and the traffic it captures.

Product

Conversation Orchestrator

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Orchestrator, then Conversation configurations.
  3. Select the name of the configuration you want to inspect.
  4. The page header shows the configuration name, its ID, and the dates it was created and last updated.
  5. On the Overview tab, review the sections:
  6. Details, Conversation configuration name, Conversations configuration ID, Description, Date created, Last updated, Conversation grouping type, Webhook callback URL, and Webhook method.
  7. Conversation lifecycle and timeouts, a table of each Channel type with its "Inactive" timeout and "Closed" timeout.
  8. Conversation Memory, the Memory store used by this configuration, with its ID, description, and whether observations and summaries are on.
  9. Conversation Intelligence, the Intelligence configurations that run on conversations created here.
  10. Select the Channel Traffic tab to see Automatically captured traffic, the senders, sender types, and captured channel traffic for this configuration, and any Connected Conversations (classic) service.

Additional Information

The Inactive timeout column only appears when at least one channel has an inactive timeout set. In a multi-channel conversation, the longest timeout always applies. For voice, a closed timeout can be set to trigger on hangup. Select Manage memory store in the Conversation Memory section to open the memory store itself under Conversation Memory.
