- In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
- Select Enterprise Knowledge, then Overview.
- Read the START BUILDING steps, which walk through the setup path: Create a knowledge base, Add knowledge sources, and Connect your agent.

- When the knowledge base is Active, open it and select Add Knowledge Source to add a website, a block of text, or a file.

- Once you have at least one knowledge base, select View all knowledge bases on the Overview page to jump straight to your list.
Additional Information
- The Overview page also links to the Enterprise Knowledge documentation and API reference, and lists use cases such as surfacing relevant knowledge to agents for real-time suggestions.
- Before you can use Enterprise Knowledge, the AI terms of service for your account must be accepted. Until then, the Overview page keeps showing the getting-started steps.
