Your role must include permission to delete SIP trunks.

 

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Voice, then Elastic SIP Trunking.
  3. On the SIP trunks tab, select the trunk you want to remove.
  4. On the General tab, select Delete trunk.
  5. A SIP trunk deleted. confirmation appears and the console returns you to the trunks list, where the trunk is no longer shown.

 

Additional Information

  • Deletion is permanent and also removes the trunk's origination URIs.
  • Before deleting, move any phone numbers off the trunk and make sure no live traffic still targets its termination SIP URI.
