How do I view the knowledge sources in a knowledge base?

Objective

This article shows you how to see which knowledge sources a knowledge base contains, check when each one was last updated, and find a specific source quickly.

Product

Enterprise Knowledge

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Enterprise Knowledge, then Knowledge bases.
  3. Select the name of the knowledge base you want to review.
  4. The page opens with the knowledge base name as the title and a table of its sources, showing Name, Type, Update Schedule, Status, and Last Updated.
  5. To find a particular source, type part of its name into Search sources.
  6. Select a source name to open its full details, including the Source ID, Status, Created at, Updated at, and Description, plus the source-specific values: the Text Content for a text source, the URL, Crawl Depth, and Crawl Period for a website source, or the File Name and Size for a file source.

Additional Information

  • If the knowledge base has no content yet, the page shows No Knowledge Sources Yet with a link to learn more about knowledge.
  • For a file source, the Type column shows the file's format rather than the word File.
  • Closing the details panel returns you to the list of sources for that knowledge base.
