Objective
Intelligence configurations run AI operators on your conversations to summarize them, analyze sentiment, and extract information. This article helps you connect Intelligence configurations to a Conversation configuration so they run automatically on every conversation created there, and remove them when you no longer need them.
Product
Conversation Orchestrator, Conversation Intelligence
Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
- Select Conversation Orchestrator, then Conversation configurations.
- Select the name of the configuration you want to change.
- Scroll to the Conversation Intelligence section of the Overview tab.
- If nothing is connected yet, select Add Intelligence configuration. If configurations are already connected, select Edit above the table.
- In the Select Intelligence configurations panel, choose the configurations you want to run. Each row shows the Intelligence configurations name, its Description, and its Rules count.
- Select Save changes. A confirmation message reads Intelligence configurations updated.
- To stop one from running, open its row action in the Conversation Intelligence table, select Remove, then confirm in the Remove Intelligence configuration dialog.
Additional Information
If your account has no Intelligence configurations at all, the section shows Generate insights with Conversation Intelligence with a Get started with Conversation Intelligence action that takes you to Orchestration › Conversation Intelligence › Intelligence configurations, where you create one first. An Intelligence configuration that has been deleted since it was connected still appears in the table, marked as deleted, so you can remove the stale reference.
