How do I delete a Conversation configuration?

Objective

This article helps you permanently remove a Conversation configuration you no longer need, for example to free up capacity when you have reached the limit on configurations in your account.

Product

Conversation Orchestrator

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Orchestrator, then Conversation configurations.
  3. Select the name of the configuration you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete configuration in the page header.
  5. In the Delete this configuration? dialog, review the configuration name, then select Delete configuration to confirm. Select Cancel to keep it.
  6. A confirmation message reads Conversation configuration deleted. and you are returned to the Conversation configurations list.

Additional Information

Deleting a configuration stops any traffic capture that was set up on it. If you only want to stop capturing a particular number or sender, remove that sender from the Channel Traffic tab instead of deleting the whole configuration.
