- In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
- Select Conversation Orchestrator, then Conversation configurations.
- The Conversation configurations table lists each configuration with its name, Last updated date, memory store, Intelligence configurations, and channel settings.
- Select a configuration's name to open its details page.
- To add another configuration, select Create a Conversation configuration.

If you have not created a configuration yet, the page shows No Conversation configurations yet along with a link to learn more about Conversation configurations. An Intelligence configuration that has since been deleted is still listed, marked as deleted, so you can see that the reference is stale.
