How do I view my knowledge bases and their status?

Objective

This article shows you how to find the knowledge bases on your account and check whether each one is ready to use, so you know which knowledge bases your agents can search.

Product

Enterprise Knowledge

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Enterprise Knowledge, then Knowledge bases.
  3. The Knowledge bases table lists each knowledge base with its name and Status.
  4. If a knowledge base is still being set up or removed, select the refresh control in its row to check for an updated status.
  5. Select a knowledge base name to open it and see the knowledge sources it contains.

Additional Information

  • Statuses are Queued, Provisioning, Active, Deleting, and Failed. A knowledge base is ready to use when it is Active.
  • If you have not created a knowledge base yet, the page shows No Knowledge bases yet together with a link to learn more.
