Objective

Programmable Voice

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Your user must have permission to create and update Voice SIP domains on the account.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Voice, then SIP domains.
  3. On the SIP domains tab, select Create SIP Domain. If you have no domains yet, use the Create SIP Domain button on the No SIP domains card.
  4. Under Properties, enter a SIP domain friendly name to identify the domain.
  5. Enter the SIP URI prefix. The fixed suffix .sip.twilio.com is shown beside the field and is added for you.
