How do I view the details of a batch transcription configuration?

Objective

This article explains how to open a batch transcription configuration and read back its settings, so you can confirm which language and engine it uses, where transcripts are delivered, and how speakers are labelled.

Product

Programmable Voice

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Voice, then Transcriptions.
  3. Select the name of the configuration you want to review. The page title shows the configuration name.
  4. The Name configuration tab shows Transcription configuration name, Description, and Method (which reads Batch).
  5. Select the Language & engine tab to see Language settings, Language, Transcription engine, and Speech model.
  6. Select the Destination tab to see the Transcription webhook callback section with its URL, and the Conversation configuration integration section.
  7. Select the Participant mapping tab to see the roles assigned to Participant 1 and Participant 2.

Additional Information

  • Each tab has its own Edit action so you can change just that section. See "How do I edit a batch transcription configuration?"
  • Delete transcription configuration appears in the page header.
