How do I manage the users in an Authy application?

Objective

This article shows you where to find the users registered with one of your Authy applications and how to open an individual user, so you can check or manage that person's registration.

Product

Authy

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Identity & security in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Authy, then Applications.
  3. Select the application whose users you want to manage from the Applications list. It opens on the Overview tab, under a title showing Application followed by the application identifier.
  4. Select the Users tab, which sits between Settings and Branding.
  5. Find the user you are interested in, then select their entry to open the details for that individual user.

Additional Information

Users are registered per application, so someone registered with one Authy application does not automatically appear in another. If you cannot find a user, confirm you have opened the right application, the identifier is shown in the page title.

Hardware tokens issued to your users are managed separately, on the Hard Tokens tab of the same application.
