How do I delete a TaskRouter workspace?

Objective

This article shows you how to delete a TaskRouter workspace you no longer need from the Twilio Console.

Product

TaskRouter

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Builder tools in the left sidebar.
  2. Select TaskRouter, then Workspaces.
  3. Select the name of the workspace you want to delete. It opens on the Overview tab, under a title showing Workspace followed by the workspace identifier.
  4. Select the Settings tab, which sits between Tasks and Limits.
  5. Select Delete this workspace.
  6. In the confirmation dialog, select Delete this workspace again to confirm.
  7. You are returned to the Workspaces page and the workspace no longer appears in the list.

Additional Information

Deletion is confirmed in a dialog before it takes effect, so you can cancel if you opened it by mistake. Deleting a workspace also removes the routing configuration it contains, so check that nothing still depends on the workspace before you confirm.
