How do I view the sessions in a Proxy Service?

Objective

Use this article to find the sessions handled by one of your Proxy Services, so you can check which masked conversations exist and inspect an individual session while troubleshooting.

Product

Twilio Proxy

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Builder tools in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Proxy, then Services.
  3. On the Services page, select the service whose sessions you want to see. It opens on the Configure tab, titled Proxy service followed by its unique identifier.
  4. Select the Sessions tab, the last of the service's three tabs.
  5. The sessions belonging to the service are listed. Select a session to see its details.

Additional Information

  • The other two tabs on the service are Configure, for the service's own settings, and Numbers, for the phone numbers it masks with.
  • Proxy runs in the United States region only, so sessions for a service are always reported from that region.
