How do I check requests to port numbers away from Twilio?

Objective

This article shows you where to find port away requests, so you can see which of your Twilio numbers another carrier has asked to take over and where each request stands.

Product

Phone Numbers

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Numbers & senders, then Port and host.
  3. The Port and Host page opens on the Port-in US Toll-free tab.
  4. Select the Port away requests tab.
  5. The Port Away Requests page opens, listing the requests to move numbers off your Twilio account.

Additional Information

Port away requests are the opposite direction to the Port-in US Toll-free and Port-in US Local tabs, which cover numbers coming into Twilio.

You can cross-check the numbers involved against your inventory under Numbers & senders › Overview › Phone Numbers.
