How do I check my US toll-free port-in requests?

Objective

This article shows you where to find the requests you have raised to bring US toll-free numbers into Twilio, so you can see what has been submitted and how far along each request is.

Product

Phone Numbers

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Numbers & senders, then Port and host.
  3. The Port and Host page opens on the Port-in US Toll-free tab.
  4. The Port In Requests list shows the toll-free port-in requests on your account.

Additional Information

Port and Host groups everything to do with moving numbers on and off Twilio into tabs: Port-in US Toll-free, Port-in US Local, Port a number, Port away requests, Host numbers and Authorization documents.

For US local numbers, use the Port-in US Local tab instead, see the article on tracking the status of a US local number port-in request.
