Where do I find my authorization documents for hosted numbers?

Objective

This article shows you where the authorization documents for your hosted numbers are listed, so you can check which documents Twilio holds and what state they are in.

Product

Phone Numbers

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Numbers & senders, then Port and host.
  3. The Port and Host page opens on the Port-in US Toll-free tab.
  4. Select the Authorization documents tab, the last of the tabs on this page.
  5. The Letters of Authorization page opens, listing the documents associated with the numbers you host on Twilio.

Additional Information

An authorization document is how you prove you are entitled to use a number you host rather than own on Twilio. It is created as part of hosting a number, so if you have no hosted numbers yet there will be nothing listed here.

To add or review the numbers themselves, use the Host numbers tab on the same page.

Port-in requests use a Letter of Authorization (LOA) instead. That is handled inside the individual port-in request, not on this tab.
