How do I find and open my Verify services?

Objective

This article shows you where the Verify services on your account are listed in the Twilio Console and how to open an individual service so you can review or change how it behaves.

Product

Twilio Verify

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Identity & security in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Verify, then Services.
  3. The page opens with the heading Services and lists the Verify services that exist on your account.
  4. Select a service in the list to open it. The service is titled Verify followed by the service identifier and opens on the Settings tab, with a Webhooks tab alongside it.

Additional Information

If you have not created a Verify service yet, the Verify Overview page in the same sidebar group introduces the product and its setup steps.

Each Verify service keeps its own configuration, so a change you make on one service does not affect the others. Account-wide options, such as your branded sender ID and message templates, live on the Verify Settings page instead.
