How do I check the status of an Interconnect connection request?

Objective

This article shows you how to track an Interconnect connection request that is still being processed, so you can see whether it is waiting on you, awaiting Twilio approval, or being provisioned.

Product

Twilio Interconnect

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Builder tools in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Interconnect, then Connections.
  3. Look for the Connection requests table above Established connections.
  4. Review each row's Connection name, Connection SID, Type, Request Type, and Status.
  5. Select the request's Connection name to open it and continue or review the configuration.

Additional Information

  • The Connection requests table only appears while you have requests in progress. Once every request has finished, the page shows just your established connections.
  • Request Type is New for a new connection, Change for a change to an existing connection, or Deletion for a decommission request.
  • Status values are Pending submission (the request still needs to be completed and submitted), Awaiting Approval, Provisioning, Completed, and Deleted.
  • A request whose connection has not been assigned a SID yet shows -- in the Connection SID column.
