How do I view my Interconnect connections?

Objective

This article shows you how to see every Twilio Interconnect connection on your account, including its type, bandwidth, Twilio location, and current status, so you can confirm what is provisioned and whether it is active.

Product

Twilio Interconnect

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Builder tools in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Interconnect, then Connections.
  3. Review the table under Established connections. Each row shows the Connection name, Connection SID, Twilio location, Type, Bandwidth in Mbps, and Status.
  4. Select a connection's name to open its details.

Additional Information

  • A connection's Status is one of Activating, Active, Deactivating, Deleting, Deleted, or Inactive.
  • Type shows the connection option in use: VPN, Cross Connect, Third Party Exchange, MPLS, BYO MPLS, or Cloud Connect.
  • If you have requests that are not finished provisioning yet, a Connection requests table appears above the established connections.
  • Twilio recommends keeping a backup connection. To keep service uninterrupted during maintenance windows and outages, set up your solution to fail over to another Twilio Edge Location through a second connection.
