How do I revoke an application's access to a user's account?

Objective

This article shows you how to see which applications a user has authorized in Identity Management, what each was granted, and how to revoke that authorization.

Product

Identity Management

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Identity & security in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Identity Management, then Users.
  3. Select the user you want to review.
  4. Select the Authorized clients tab.
  5. Review the table. Each row is one authorization, showing Client, Client type, Granted scopes, Date created, and Last updated.
  6. Open the actions menu at the end of the row and select Revoke authorization.
  7. Read the Revoke authorization? confirmation and select Revoke.
  8. The authorization is removed from the table.

Additional Information

Revoking does not delete the application. The user is prompted to grant consent again the next time they authenticate.

Use Next and Previous below the table to page through a user's authorizations.
