How do I set up Identity Management?

Objective

This article shows you how to do the one-time configuration that turns on Identity Management for your account, so you can start managing users, authentication methods, and hosted login for your application.

Product

Identity Management

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Identity & security in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Identity Management, then Overview.
  3. Select Configure.
  4. Wait for the confirmation that your account has been configured.
  5. Use the sub-items under Identity Management to continue setting up: Users, Authentication Methods, Actions, Analytics, and Custom Domains.

Additional Information

You only do this once. After your account is configured, Configure is no longer available on the Overview page.

Until your account is configured, pages such as Custom Domains show a Get started prompt instead of their settings.
