How do I see which Twilio products power the sandbox conversation?

Objective

The sandbox demo is assembled from real Twilio Conversations products. This article shows you where to inspect that configuration, the channels, the routing, the operators, the memory, and the knowledge sources behind the conversation you just had.

Product

Twilio Conversations

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Home in the left sidebar.
  2. In the Try it out section, open the Orchestration tab and select Explore sandbox, then complete the setup form and select Launch demo.
  3. Once the session has started, open the Configuration details tab.
  4. Use the section links down the side to jump to each part of the configuration:
  5. Scenario, the industry and use case the demo is running.
  6. Profile, your demo profile, including its traits and identifiers.
  7. Communications, the channels captured for the conversation and their timeouts.
  8. Orchestration, how the conversation is grouped and its lifecycle, from Conversation Orchestrator.
  9. Intelligence, the operators performing real-time and post-conversation analysis, from Conversation Intelligence.
  10. Memory, the observations and summaries extracted from the conversation, from Conversation Memory.
  11. Knowledge, the knowledge sources grounding the agent's answers, from Enterprise Knowledge.
  12. Connect an AI agent, the model, prompt, and tools the example agent uses through Twilio Agent Connect.
  13. Within any section, select Product overview to open that product's own page in the Console, or Documentation to read more about it.

Additional Information

  • Sections update as the conversation runs. Memory marks freshly extracted observations and summaries as New so you can see what the conversation just produced.
  • Selecting Go to sandbox configuration from an event in the Live conversation transcript brings you to this tab already scrolled to the relevant section.
  • On a trial account, or from a phone number without a +1 country code, the Communications section marks the phone-number channels as unavailable and the channel timeout rows for SMS and voice are not shown.
  • If a product's data can't be loaded, that section reports the problem on its own rather than blanking the whole tab.
