How do I find all of my Twilio settings in one place?

Objective

This article helps you use the settings overview page as a starting point for everything you can configure, your organization, your account, individual products, and your personal preferences.

Product

Twilio Console

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Select All settings.
  3. Use the organization section to reach Overview, Accounts, Users, and Domains.
  4. Use the account section to reach Account details & security, User management, Subaccount management, API keys & auth tokens, OAuth applications, and Audit events.
  5. Under Product settings, choose the product you want to configure, Messaging, Voice, Email, Video, or Verify.
  6. Under Personal settings, select Personal settings for your own profile and preferences.

Additional Information

  • When you are viewing a subaccount, the account section is titled Subaccount settings and a banner explains that user access and other subaccounts are managed from the parent account. User management and Subaccount management are not listed there.
  • The organization section only appears if your user belongs to an organization. If the organization has no name set, it is shown simply as Organization.
  • If the page cannot load, it shows "Unable to load settings", reload the page and try again.
