How do I delete an Intelligence configuration?

Objective

This article helps you remove an Intelligence configuration you no longer need, which stops it analyzing any further conversations.

Product

Conversation Intelligence

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Intelligence, then Intelligence configurations.
  3. Select the configuration you want to remove.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. In the confirmation dialog, check that the named configuration is the one you meant, then select Delete. To stop, select Cancel, nothing is changed.
  6. A confirmation appears that the Intelligence configuration was deleted, and you are returned to the configurations list.

Additional Information

Deleting a configuration removes its rules along with it, so conversations attached through its Conversation configurations are no longer analyzed by it. The Conversation configurations themselves are not deleted.

If you only want to stop one kind of analysis, remove the individual rule instead of deleting the whole configuration.
